PTFE packing for rotating shafts
It is a packing made of pure high density PTFE, dimensionally stable and with a very low water absorption rate. The dispersion of PTFE powder grants low superficial friction and prevents leaks through the packing braids. The fibers are impregnated with an inert lubricant, which avoids shaft wearing by the packing. It makes EUROSEAL® 6089 the best solution for rotary shaft service, such as pumps, agitators, mixers, etc. EUROSEAL® 6089 resists to the vast majority of
chemical media.

General Packing supplies EUROSEAL® 6089 PTFE packing in standard sections from 1/8 to 1 inch and beyond. Special sections are available on request.
